Created by Byeong Sam Jeon The telematic drum circle is a project between the Korean Arts Council and the University of California Irvine incorporating 16 precussion instruments played over the internet. This performance piece is an ideal example of Cyberformance, with the participants potentially anywhere in the world playing together in real time making real music. Fostering community in one of the most ancient of ways the Telematic Drum Circle actively involves people in a global sense of community and tradition.
